unable to register on id mobile app as details wrong

My son has had an monthly pay acccount for 6 months ( I pay the account). He is tryhing to register with the mobile app but the details are wrong .

Please help.

The details used to register would be the details of the account holder, have you tried those?

Yes I have as I remember them but they are wrong. How do I either find out what they are or get them changed.

Have you definately not registered previously?

If you have you can follow the forgotten username link below:

You’ll need to enter the Name, Date of birth and the mobile number of the persons name that was used when ordering.
