Unable to send SMS to a Openreach number

Hi all,

Trying to send an SMS to Openreach Company ( Engineer visit ) but it’s not possible ( not sent. Tap to try again). Anyone can help me, please?
Is sending to that number blocked?

Are you replying to a short-code or a full mobile number?

They ask me to reply to 80230 with Confirm, but the text never starts :(

Okay @anthsica, not all short codes work with iD Mobile.

Their network partner (three) determines which short codes work and those that don’t.

Also, if the short code is in the premium category, you need to turn the premium SMS feature ON in your iD My Account and make sure your account cap is not £0.

My experience with Openreach has been that they offered more than one way of confirming an appointment - anyway, good luck.
