Unable to submit my PAC code

I have received my PAC from current provider (Three).  I enter the PAC and the other required info into the https://switching.idmobile.co.uk/customerPortIn link but get the error: ‘We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted’

 

The PAC is correct and has been verified by Three.  Can someone help please?

I had to get on to iD mobile to sort mine..

Hey @cjcjcj,

Try entering your surname in all caps and making sure the transaction number is the one that begins with 4.
