Currently on the 15£ monthly unlimited plan for approaching a year, suddenly this month I was over charged. The monthly recurring charge in the PDF bill now shows £15.38 and then underneath I’ve been overcharged an extra 20% VAT. It’s an unlimited plan, I am not roaming. I am in the UK, why was I overcharged for no reason and why is there suddenly an extra 20% being taken without my consent? This is theft.
I’ve already checked the PDF bill and there is nothing that should’ve incurred any extra charge since I’m on unlimited plan. Moreover the invoice breakdown shows the total cost to be £0.00.
