Unstable Internet Connection

Hi, 

I’m experiencing a very unstable connection for the last 3 weeks. I use the ID SIM in a HUAWEI B525s-23a router for the all home communications. 

Change the SIM to a different network and was stable and reached 60Mbps with the other network.

plugged the SIM in a phone and switching between “no connection” and very poor connection. 

 

Please Help.

Have you checked the area you’re trying the SIM card in on our iD Mobile coverage and status checker? 

 

It sounds like your area could be subject to either a weaker signal or an outage.
