My 24 month contract is coming to an end and I'm eligible for an upgrade. Why does ID want to charge me more to upgrade than it would if I just take out a new contract? I have had enough with ID. I think it's time to move on.

Upgrade offers and new contract deals are different from each other and will offer different plans at different price points, if you aren’t happy with the upgrade offers seen in the iD Mobile app/website while logged in I’d recommend calling the sales team on 0207 1391 397.
