Hi I have just tried to upgrade and filled in forms but I am not sure if I have ordered a new contract or upgraded my previous one. Can you help please.

Have you been given a new number with this purchase?

 

Was a credit check taken?

 

If yes to the above, it sounds like a new plan.

 

It should also note somewhere on your emails whether this order was a new connection or an upgrade.
