upgrade issue

Hi so I've gone and upgraded my phone plan to the Samsung s24 on the 25/01 and received my confirmation email, order number and a recipe and then another email a day later on the 26/01 saying my order is still being processed, also a payment has come out of my bank , its now the 03/02 and been over a week and i have not got the phone or heard anything about it and my id account hasn't changed and is still saying my old phone contract and still giving my the option to upgrade when i already have, could i please get an update on what is going on
