Upgrade Query

I have upgraded my plan from a sim only to a with phone contract through the ID mobile app but a new sim with a new number has arrived.  On the app my plan is still at the sim only price too so it looks like my upgrade has been processed as a new plan rather than an upgrade.  

Does anyone know if there is a way to get this corrected?

Hello @davidrobinson97,

It sounds like you got a new plan (i.e. new contract) instead of upgrading.

If you’ve upgraded via the process detailed in the “How do I upgrade my phone online?” community article, then you’ll have kept your existing number. 

You’ll need to cancel the plan you don’t want, to avoid paying for 2 plans. End the unwanted plan using iD live chat service, or try sending iD a private message (PM) using facebook or twitter.

Contact iD Mobile between 9am - 6pm - that way you can chat or PM with a real person.
