I am wanting to upgrade and have found a good deal through another website but ID still as the carrier...do you match these deals as ideally I would like to keep my phone number? The upgrade deals on my account aren't any better than the currents deals open to new customers which seems a bit unfair!

Like most utility companies, more interested in new customers than keeping their existing customers sweet - best way to protest is take you business elsewhere
