I am at the end of my contract and have received an email offering me upgrade options. When I go to the web site and look at my upgrade options, I want to choose one of the Monthly SIM only deals and it tells me it will “tell me how to keep my number at checkout”. However there it tells me to use a PAC code. Other articles I have read on here say that you cannot do an internal PAC, please confirm. The Web page is VERY misleading in this area. Can it be done - If it cannot why does the upgrade pages offer me this option and tell me I CAN keep my number?
