id Mobile are currently offering 60Gb of data for £10 a month and, according to the terms and conditions the “Promotion is available for new and existing customers.” I am an existing customer on a 30Gb £10 a month 30 day contract and when trying to upgrade my plan via “My Account” I can only upgrade to 40Gb of data, not 60Gb.
How can I upgrade to the 60Gb for £10 plan?
