So annoyed. Spent ages on 2 separate live chats to upgrade only to constantly get kicked off and put bk in the que. The agent puts my upgrade in my basket and I sign in online and press continue but won't let me go any further as its asking me to in put my email address either online or on the app but it already is so don't understand it at all. Im signed in. Why can't the live agent just do the upgrade fir you like every other provider. I'm disabled and using a phone fir any length of period makes me unwell. Is there any other way of upgrading?
