Hi, my wife and I have been customers since 2018 with x2 sims and 1 monthly payment for both. We would like to upgrade our plan but can only do it for x1 of our phones as we cannot get the app for my wife's sim as we pay by 1 method and the email is already used for my app. Can you please help?

It sounds like one of the lines hasn’t been registered for an account yet, so you’ll first need to do that here using a different email address. Once registered, you can upgrade like normal.
