I’m in Ukraine as a humanitarian worker and I’ve got no 4G. I was assured I would have. I’ve tried to contact through live chat but says agents are busy. please update asap I need contact with colleagues

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a signal while roaming, different areas may be subject to different signal coverage, do you have signal at all? How are calls and texts?

 

Have you tried resetting your device’s network settings?
