Using sim for Mobile Wifi not a phone

As I am using the sim for a mobile wifi not a mobile phone I am unable to download the app and get in to my account.

If there another way to access my account?

Hi @AFFAoutreach 

 

You’ll be able to register to the iD Mobile app/website via the iD Mobile app or website, however be aware that registering will require a text verification to the SIM card, you may need to put the SIM in a supported device to register.
