How can I leave iD if the phone signal is extremely poor. Supposed to get 5G but lucky to get 1 bar on 3G. Can only use the phone when near wifi - very poor. I need my phone to work at all times.

Are you still in contract? If so we would usually charge a termination fee for leaving early.
How long have you had the issue at home? Have you checked the network status checker to see if there is any work being carried out?
