voicemail pin

Hi

Is the voicemail pin that you use to access it abroad, the same as customer service pin? If not how do I find out what it is?

The customer service PIN is not the same as the voicemail PIN @Bobt.  

I think the PIN for the voicemail service has to be setup on the home network, not a roaming partner’s network. So you’ll probably need to be in the UK connected to the iD network, to work with the voicemail service and setup a PIN.

Ok thanks @andewhite so I just dial the voicemail number and set it up on there?

Yes @Bobt, if you’re in the UK, just dial 123 from your iD SIM and you’ll be connected to the voicemail service (provided and managed by Three, the iD Mobile network partner). 

There’s a number options, including an option to manage the settings (PIN, etcetera) for your voicemail.
