Hi. I am abroad and am trying to access my voixemail. I cannot remember my pin as i dont need it in the UK. I have asked to reset my pin and have been sent a pin via text message. Nonenof them work? Is there another way to access my voicemail please?

I think you can only set or rest the PIN for voicemail if you’re calling from the UK.
This is what iD say about using voicemail overseas:
They also say if you’re having trouble with your voicemail, get in touch via the Live Chat service.
The customer service team are available 9am - 8pm weekdays, and 9am - 6pm weekends & bank holidays.
