Want to Upgrade to Samsung 23 Ultra

Hi

My current ID contract has expired. I want to upgrade to the Samsung 23 Ultra but it doesn’t appear as an option on the upgrade list. How do I have move to a Samsung 23 Ultra and keep my number. It’s a business number so I can’t change it. I want to stay with ID but the way I understand it I’ll have no choice but to leave if I want that phone and my current number. HELP.

The upgrades made available on the iD Mobile app/website while logged in are individual to each customer, if the device isn’t available there it’s unfortunately not an option, however if you don’t find what you’d want via the iD Mobile app/website I’d recommend calling the iD Mobile sales team on 0207 1391 397 to see if they’re able to offer anything different.
