We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted


Im having issues, i have tried all day to sort this to no avail, no help with online chats, ad i tried to call customer support and it has charged me £6 when i put down the phone straight away, when switching to ID i didnt relise how terrible the customer service was, i need help swapping my number over but no way of getting in contact with anyone but a chatbot that doesn’t help

Try entering your SURNAME in CAPITAL letters @James13.

Alternatively, you can ‘talk’ to iD Mobile’s social media customer care team, by sending a private message, using facebook or Twitter.

The agents work 9am - 8pm weekdays, and 9am - 6pm weekends (and bank holidays).

Otherwise, wait here for a day, or possibly longer, for the iD team to read your post.

Make sure that you enter the surname in all caps and also using the transaction number beginning with 4.

It’s odd you were charged £6.00 for calling.

Can you confirm exactly what number you dialled and where you found this as our number is free rated for iD customers and an inclusive number for other networks in most cases?
