We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again. The above has come up many times when I tried to change my old number to ID. I have submitted the details in chat, didn't get to solve it. Please help; it's been a month.

If it’s been 1-month, your old provider’s PAC may have expired @Iftiaz Elias

What was the expiry date for your PAC?

As suggested above by @andewhite the PAC code may have expired, when does the PAC code last through to?

 

Does the transaction number you have begin with a “4”?
