For weeks my mobile is off line no net work message, Cannot receive calls or send calls. Cannot contact chat line. Cannot contact Id mobile on 123, just drops out. Cannot open Id mobile on phone. Will not accept password continually tells me wrong password. have tried new password same message. Used password suggested by Id mobile same reply. Can connect on my laptop but nothing else. Now very frustrating unable to contact anyone. Time for a refund or cancell contract as now virtually unusable. Please reply soonest
