Just switched over to IDmobile and in order to use my PAC code it says I need to enter my IDmobile number I was given but I can’t see that on any of the emails a number given to me, and on my sim it’s an 11 digit number that starts with 23 so that can’t be it either?!?

Have you got your new iD SIM card?
If yes, and you’re a new customer, then your SIM is already active.
Just pop the SIM in a phone and call or text a friend - ask them for your new iD mobile number.
