Numerous spam posts been up for hours; why aren’t they being removed?

There are no moderators, only iD Mobile staff members. Be sorted later this evening or most likely tomorrow sometime.

iD staff managed to get the spam removed on Monday morning (4th Apr ‘23).
During the incident, the iD Community wasn’t the 24/7 support environment iD promote on their website.

We experienced a high volume of spam posts which have now been removed.
Due to it being a weekend it took a little longer than usual.
