Where do I report sites that are wrongly filtered by the adult content filter?

I recently signed up with ID Mobile and noticed that 4channel.org is blocked by the adult filter.
 
The website 4channel.org is "safe for work", no nudity or porn allowed. This shouldn't be blocked, especially considering that websites like reddit.com  which allow hardcore pornography are not blocked.
 
However, I wonder how I can raise this issue with the correct team at ID Mobile? There’s no email address to contact ID Mobile, I’m not going to waste my time with a live chat, and making a complaint seems OTT.

Welcome to the Community!

Have you checked that the adult content filter is disabled on your iD Mobile account?

If it’s off already it may be worth turning it on and off again.

Please could you also try on a different browser to see if that makes a difference?
