I received an email to say I have earnt a reward as long as the first 2 bills were successfully paid. I have now paid 3 bills and wondered how do I get my reward? Has this been forgotten?

It may take a few weeks after having paid 2 bills on the referred account for the email with vouchers to come through, have you received these yet?
As long as all refer a friend steps have been followed this should be sent automatically.
