where is my id card

Hello,

I’ve been charged for the id monthly payment but I’m still waiting to receive my SIM card and the tracking code.

can anyone help?

how do we contact id to speak with an operator? 
please help both me and my partner are waiting for more that a week

iD Mobile usually deliver SIM card orders using Royal Mail postal service, without tracking. 

iD say allow 3-5 workings days for delivery from the date iD dispatch your order @Francesca Danti, which is normally the date you get an order complete email.

Anyway, there’s no telephone support helpline at iD Mobile, so get in-touch using the iD live chat service, or try contacting the iD social media customer support team privately by using Facebook (with Messenger), or Twitter (by DM).

The support teams work until 8pm on weekdays (and 6pm at weekends).
