Hi who or where can I report a network fault to ?

 

I’m working from home with a broken leg and I cant get internet.

Phones working fine as tried a different sim.

I can get texts and voice but no Data.

OK so tried my sim in a different phone and it didnt work, so its the Sim or the Network, as no one has touched my sim I’m betting its network.  Can anyone assist me please ?  Thanks

If your iD SIM doesn’t work in two different devices @Lee Wheeler, sounds like you’ll need a replacement SIM card.

I’m sorry to hear you’ve had issues in your area with signal, if you’re having the same issue across multiple devices it does indeed point towards the signal or SIM card being the cause of the issue.

 

How long have you had this issue? I don’t see any outages reported in the area.

 

Does data work in other areas?
