Which Network to use in Greece

I know Greece is included in roaming but on Symi the phone tends to pick up a Turkish network by default as it is near the Turkish coast.  Which Greek network should I be using instead to ensure I get free roaming?

Okay @John H1989, the iD Mobile roaming partners in Greece are Wind Hellas and Cosmote.
