why am i being charged 'pro rated line rental'

So I've just upgraded my account and phone, why is it that on my first bill I am being charged almost double what I agreed to pay..

Also why can you still not just ring someone from help, beginning to regret staying with the company already.

Hi @Olly Bunn,

Depending on when you upgrade you would be charged some of your old plan and some of your new plan.

Can you advise if you have checked the billing breakdown with the dates, this is usually on the top right of the bill.

My new and old bill combined in full is not as much as my new bill..
