Why has my bill changed after 1 month?

I joined ID in December, my bill was meant to £37.99, which it was in January.

Just received my February bill and it's now £44.24, why has it gone up after 1 month?

I incurred no charges, I had at leaat 15GB data rollover, unlimited minutes and unlimited texts, so how have I got an extra £6.25 added to my bill?
