why is my bill higher than normal?

My latest bill in comparison to last month is £13 which is quite significant. Looking at my bill the biggest difference is the monthly charge increasing from £24.56 to £33.44. 
 

I have searched my emails and I can’t find anything about a price increase but even so that is a massive leap as it’s over a third of my previous base cost (before VAT and other charges).

Hi, Have you changed your billing date recently? Your iD Mobile bill will have a breakdown of all charges. See: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/understanding-my-bill

You should set your bill cap to zero to help prevent any future additional charges from being added to future bills. See: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/capping

That is exactly what it is, a month and a third is what the change covered which makes sense. I forgot I changed it, thank you!
