As far as I’m aware I have not sent any pictures message and my bill is £2.15 more than it should be and I want to know why. I only ever sent pictures on iMessage ie using my data and not a text so I want a refund for that!

If the charges are for picture messages (MMS) these are indeed chargeable and would be charged outside of your allowance.
