WiFi Calling with Samsung Galaxy S7

Even though my Samsung Galaxy S7 is shown on the compatible list, I don’t see the option to turn on WiFi Calling on my phone.

Can anyone help please?

You’ll require the option to enable it.

It may be worth contacting Samsung for further assistance.

The ‘WiFi Calling’ option does not appear in the Phone - MORE settings.

Hi @Leahcimi,

Please could try the below and let us know how you get on.

  1. Find "Settings" Press Phone. Press MORE. Press Settings.
  2. Turn Wi-Fi calling on or off. Press Wi-Fi Calling. Press the indicator to turn the function on or off.
  3. Return to the home screen. Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

I can’t enable Wi-Fi calling on the handset since this option does not show up on the menu.

Welcome to the Community!

Please ensure that you have the most up to date software installed on your handset.

If you have already done this please enable Wi-Fi calling on the handset.

Once you have done this, please place the handset into flight mode and enable Wi-Fi only and this should force the Wi-Fi calling option.
