Wont accept my payment

I have been trying to pay my bill since it was generated but every time I do I get an error message on here saying it's unable to process. The money leaves my account but then comes straight back - I have tried 3 different accounts now. 
 

I now have a ‘missed payment’ mark on my credit report - can someone please help me make this payment and remove the black mark?

Can you advise if you have tried to make the payment on a different device or browser?

Further to this does the bank account name and address match the one on the iD Mobile account?
