wrong number on the contract

Good evening. I just signed the contract and requested transfer, I provided my Pac but today I received confirmation of the order with another number. Can I change it or shall I cancel the contract?

If you’re a new customer @Galina Dobreva, you get a new connection to the iD network, which always comes with a new number.

The number you wanted to keep won’t be linked to your iD SIM card until it’s been transferred to iD Mobile @Galina Dobreva.

What date to you select for your switch, when you signed the contract?
