I have over a year left on my contract but the service is so shocking I wish to chalk it up to experience and pay my contract off and leave but as I have more than 90 days left I have to go through live chat which does not work so contact me or I contact offcom simple as that

Yes I have given my PAC to O2 and my number switches Mon or Tues but I want to pay off the balance of my contract and get rid of ID
