Hi,

Keep getting this message in my account when trying to port number, checked and double checked and all correct, need to port number asap.any ideas?

Okay @terryel, unfortunately the online PAC submission forms often malfunction.

I’d recommend getting in-touch with iD Mobile’s social media customer support team, using facebook (via Messenger), or Twitter (by DM). 

They’ll be able assist submitting your PAC, to port you number to iD - good luck @terryel
