Hi,
I switched my bank account last month, and received a confirmation from my new bank saying that my switch over had been successful on 31 March. Today, 7 April, my direct debit for my phone is due to come out, but I’ve received a text from ID telling me my direct debit details have been cancelled by my bank. I’ve logged into my ID account via the app and the bank details that are under my direct debit are actually my new details. I’ve also contacted my bank and they say the direct debit is set up and is active. Is there any one n the community who can help? Given we’re in a lockdown I can’t be without my phone and hope I’m not going to be charged.
