my i.d contract ended a month ago but the money is still coming out my bank. Tried to cancel with bank but they won't let me till its been suspended. I need it to be canceled and I want my money back...

Hi @Miss k,

 

Other than cancel your Direct Debit, did you let anyone at iD Mobile know you wanted to cancel? Cancelling the Direct Debit doesn’t cancel the agreement you see, it just stops us from being able to retrieve the owed amounts.
