I got a text message the other day saying I had used all my allowances but I am on unlimited calls! It was saying that I was going to get charged an extra 40p for every other minute I use! I have already payed my bill from the previous time that I had on my old phone, I have just changed the plan and kept the same number. Help please!!

To answer your question, I am sure you won't be charged anything extra as long as you got unlimited minutes.

My bill is supposed to be £18.99 but it says for this month I am being charged £21.61! I have not been out of the house to use my data so I know it can’t be that and my texts and calls are unlimited!
