account restirction

I paid my bill. Went online to set up a Direct Debit..got a message saying you owe £0.00 and must pay this before I can set up a direct debit and have my account reinstated.

 

Live chat is a stupid BOT chat and obviously cannot phone 7777 as restricted

 

What the hell? Can you someone advise me?

ps I don’t have a landline phone

If you leave it 24 hours after paying that bill, you should be good to go. Are you still getting the error message when you try?

I had the same, we payed 1p on Saturday and it's still saying same...is there an amount that will clear it as it just says £0.00
