Bill paid but still cut off

I paid my bill today late as i just forgot but my service hasn't been resorted 

I've tried setting up a DD but get this message 

 

"You need to pay your outstanding balance of £0.00 to come out of collections and reactivate your services. You can pay using the iD

Mobile app or My Account online or by calling"

 

can someone please advise

Try sorting this quickly with online chat at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat.

The iD agents work until 8pm on weekdays - type “talk to a person” to get an agent after connecting on chat.

Hey @mentalbentley,

It takes up to 24-hours for a suspension to be lifted following payment, often quicker.

If it’s not already been lifted, let us know here and we’ll assist further.

It can sometimes take a few hours on some occasions but in most cases it’s within 10 minutes or so.

Are your services still restricted? If so please let us know here and we will PM you.
