I used my UK mobile number to call a UK number in Malaysia as I did not realise that that was considered ‘rest of the world roaming’.
I have been charged a huge amount. Is it possible to request a refund or partial refund of some sort?

I’m afraid a refund on the calls made would be rejected.
In order to help you manage your spending you can apply a spending cap to your account, this will prevent unexpected high bills.
