I’ve been contacted by a debt collection agency via email saying I owe iD mobile £20 for not paying for two months. However I have the bills on my iD mobile app, saying money has been received, money has left my bank, and everything seems to be working fine.
I’ve tried using the live chat, but it doesn’t seem to working and comes up with a error message and doesn’t load the page. There’s no phone number I can find anywhere, and I’ve been emailed about it twice. Need some help please!
