I missed several payments on my account and in June 2020, my account was placed in default. I then contacted ID mobile and paid the outstanding payment due.
Fast forward to now, and my credit report still shows as in DEFAULT rather than SETTLED. I have contacted ID mobile through their live chat facility 3 times and each time I am told my concern has been passed to the relevant team and I will be contacted in 3-5 days however there is no update.
I don’t know what to do. I will be applying for a mortgage soon and need this account to show as SETTLED.
Any help would be much appreciated
