Direct Debit not taken

Hi everyone, does anybody know why my direct debit hasn't come out yet? It's due on the 27th/28th of the month, I have money in my account for it and my account is clean (no extra charges/arrears due).

Hello @emmajohnson,

Direct Debits are collected on (or just after) the payment date so it’s likely taken but just taking a few days to be cleared via you Bank. Have you checked your app to see if the payment has since been taken?
