My bill said my next bill due was 22 of feb. But a payment has been taken in the 27 on January even tho It clearly states I’ve paid January’s bill? Why is this ?

Do you normally pay your bills via Direct Debit, or do you pay them manually?
Your bills would always be generated on the same date each month (which you can then access online or through the iD Mobile App). Then it would be 14-days after a bill is generated that payment would be expected for that bill.
So it could be that any payment you made recently was for a pre-existing bill, and had not covered any most recent bill generated.
If you have your iD Mobile account registered though. You should be able to see clearly within there how much your bills are and what payments you’ve made to date. So it should all make sense from viewing things there.
