Extra amount taken from my account

My regular monthly payment is £3.99 but the past month £4.29 as taken.Its not the amount but   I have no idea what the extra was for.Cannot find any reason on my account page either.Anyone help?

Hi @hostile17,

Have you changed your Direct Debit date recently? If so, this can lead to the following monthly payment covering a longer period of time to account for the change. You can see this by viewing the date ranges on your bill. Let us know if that is the case or not.

I have not  changed anything about my account.

I also do not understand why it does not give any explanation in My Account section
